Mrs. Wendy Deras, RN, MS, CNE, CNS/PMH
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, PROGRAM COORDINATOR
Wendy Deras is a Registered Nurse who has continued her education with a Master’s Degree in Nursing Education and a post-master’s in psychiatric/mental health therapy. She is a Certified Nurse Educator with the National League of Nursing, a Clinical Nurse Specialist in California and also works at Cal Baptist University teaching psychiatric nursing. Wendy has worked at local public and private nursing schools in the Inland Empire since 2003. In 2009, she incorporated Envision Education, a Nursing Learning and Resource Center to provide supportive services and tutoring to healthcare students and incorporated REACH Centers in 2013. Wendy has a passion for healthcare, education and helping those in the community who desire to advance their career and improve healthcare in the Inland Empire.
Mr. Israel Deras
Israel Deras has over 20 years of telecommunications, computer, technical support and management experience in corporate settings as well as consulting services. He is co-founder of Envision Education (2009), providing services in American Heart Association CPR and First Aide, Live Scan Fingerprinting and IT consultancy. He been supporting REACH Centers since the inception as IT, webmaster and video producer. He joined REACH Centers staff in 2016 as a Operations Manager, monitoring and managing the networks, emails, and technology on-site.
Rupinder Dhaliwal is a REACH Centers Office Assistant. She graduated with a Bachelor's in Nursing in India and has hospital experience in India. She worked in a hospital in India and then moved to Canada for higher education in 2013. After leaving India, she lived and continued her education in Canada, finally coming to the United States to pursue her healthcare career as a nurse. Ms. Dhaliwal desires to teach full-time in the future in healthcare.
Diana Cervantes is a REACH Centers Office Assistant. Her life long passion has been the healthcare field. As a teenager, she was a volunteer at Pomona Valley Hospital in the labor and delivery department. Diana has worked at an Urgent Care as a Medical Assistant/Phlebotomist. Diana left her full-time job to pursue her goal of becoming an RN. She is currently attending Chaffey College. As a REACH PRIDE staff she enjoys motivating students to stay focused and continue with their education.
